We walk through life wishing everyone a good day, good night, take care, be well, sweet dreams, and so many more lovely heart gestures towards loved ones, co-workers, and even strangers.
You know how much I enjoy flipping things on their axis so I thought we would do one final flip together. Say all of those to your Self too!
The love that pours forth from our hearts to others is a constant reminder of what we have within us; what we have access to 24/7. We are always able to spread love, shine brightly and be a beacon of kindness towards others and, guess who else? You guessed it! Inwards towards YOU—the Master of it all.
How can you practice Peace In? Here are a few examples to get you going. Play around with them and come up with some of your own that feel comfortable to you.
Words to say to your Self throughout your day.
Good morning beautiful.
Let’s move slowly today.
Take great care in how you engage with other humans today. Be gentle.
Remember to practice listening rather than reacting, or responding.
I wish you a day filled with mindfulness.
All moments don’t need to be enjoyable, or good per say, simply be mindful of them.
Sleep well my love.
May you dream gentle, peaceful dreams my dear.
I allow this day to unfold and show me where to place my attention.
I trust in the process of Life.
The Coming Back to YOU
I trust you can sense an energy flowing through these words. They invite an essence of peace; tenderness, pause. The key to this practice is turning inwards and loving who you are, where you are and being generous with your kindness. You can use the template of how you are towards others and simply turn that towards your Self.
The time is now my loves. The invitation is always there for you, allowing you to come back home to you. Use your, already open and generous, loving heart as your roadmap in.
