With this tasty spinach casserole…
The answer is yes.
All good things to be grateful for.
Spinach Casserole
2 packages of frozen chopped spinach. Cook as per package directions and drain well.
4 oz soft cream cheese
3/4 cup soft salted butter
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
3 slices of bacon.
1/2 seasoned bread crumbs
Directions ~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry bacon till done. Remove most of the fat, and fry chopped onion in bacon fat.
Mix together spinach, bacon and onions together…then add in all the other ingredients. Â
Blend together. Grease a small casserole dish with butter, pour in spinach, cook in oven
for 20 min. Serves 6.
