Besides personal stories, we look for:

* Stories about “everyday heroes” – people you know who inspire you and who are going the extra mile to help and do good things.

Submissions may include but are not limited to: personal true stories, “expert” articles, interviews, and stories about “everyday heroes.” We look for content with a positive outlook.
* Submissions should be between 400 to 2000 words in length. Please keep the paragraphs in a contribution short.
* Authors must submit a short a bio and photo (unless you are under the age of 18) of themselves, for inclusion on our website. Your bio is where you can promote anything you want about yourself!
* Send your submission in plain text, not HTML, in Microsoft Word, or Google Docs, in the body of the email. to: firstname.lastname@example.org, with the word “SUBMISSION” and the title of your piece in the subject line of the email.
