Being your best has no age limits.

A 48 year old Virginia mother of three is proving you can be your best at any age. Perry Shoemaker, runner, mom and preschool teacher, just became the second oldest woman to qualify for the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials. Setting her goal back in 2015 and with the support of her family, Shoemaker completed her personal best in the Eugene Marathon to secure her spot in the trials. Wow!

The officers at the Sunnyvale Police Department went above and beyond the call of duty when they responded to an elderly couple’s medical call. After taking care of the needs of the patient, they gathered the supplies they needed and came back to rebuild the couple’s handicap ramp which was badly in need of repair. Thank you officers for this happy headline and your inspirational everyday human kindness.

So grateful to see your website. I found it thru the good news network. I loved hearing about Eracism. When I looked into the website, it wasn’t clear how to get involved or what exactly they are doing. This is such an important topic and Louis Gossett, Jr. delivers it so well. It would be great if he was a regular on your site. His vision is so well aligned with yours and both need to gain momentum. Thank you. 🙂
